10 Year Forecast of Investments in Primary Aluminum Smelters
Announcing New ENAL Services and Products:
Each subscription to The ENAL Newsletter includes: access to the CIF Model, access to The ENAL Newsletter Late Edition, access to ENAL Flash, access to and an extended listing in the SES Report, access to the Quarterly ENAL Panelists' Summary Report (EPS Report) on immediately foreseen Smelter Investments, and access to The ENAL Newsletter Archives (going back to 1/1/98). Access to the 2002 Special Report on Smelter Technology (SRST) is included with the subscription. The updated 2006 SRST will be available to subscribers for a nominal fee.
Capacity & Investment Forecast (CIF):
The CIF is a listing of all individual investment projects for each of the coming 10 years, with their scope and probability, and reconciling results with generally accepted macro-economic forecast for world capacity. Is available from 2004 to 2018 as of January 2005. The CIF is updated weekly, and available only to Subscribers.
Quarterly ENAL Panelists' Summary Report (EPS Report):
Within half a dozen pages, it consists in a list of Smelters and Smelter Projects constituting the most immediately foreseeable investments in the world, on which some kind of sales action should be in progress now or should begin soon.
SES Report: All subscribers receive unfettered access to our Report on Smelter Equipment Suppliers World Wide. All SES's who are subscribers will receive an extended listing in the report. Advertisements are available since February 2005: The ad is of a standard size of 1/6th page, posted on the ENAL Home Page (public access, visited 12,000 times/month as of December 2004), supplements the firm's caption in the SES, and is linked to the Subscribers' Website. Standard Rate: $150 or €120/month until July 1st, 2006.
Special Report on Smelter Technology (SRST): This report covers the few firms who were, in 2002, capable of providing comprehensive technologies for greenfields, with a discussion of their various technologies: Pechiney, Hydro-VAW, Dubal, KTD, GuyYang Institute, VAMI, and also less known firms who can today design a competitive smelter using appropriate technology allowing a smaller start up capacity and lower investment costs per ktpy of capacity. This report will be updated in mid-2006.
